On 23–24 October, Van Keulen participated in the 10th Kupiec Purchasing Group Forum, one of Poland’s leading events for the retail industry, bringing together retail chain owners, buyers and key business partners.
The Forum provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the future of retail, the optimisation of store formats and the growing role of functional design in improving retail performance. During the event, we presented our approach to retail design—focused on customer journey analysis, ergonomics and flexible solutions tailored to the evolving needs of modern retailers.
