We manufacture our products with extraordinary precision and attention. The entire production process is carried out in accordance with the highest quality standards, which is why repairs to our products are rare.
We try to repair any failures as quickly as possible. Minor failures that we notice during assembly are repaired within 24 hours. Below we present the 5 most frequently asked questions regarding possible repairs and use of the Warranty Card:
1. HOW TO USE THE SHELVES?
Store the rack in accordance with its intended use, indoors, protect it from harmful weather conditions, as well as high temperatures, acids, solvents and corrosive substances. Remember to level the rack using the adjustable foot at the bottom of the post before first use .
2. HOW TO MAINTAIN THE SHELF?
You can wash the shelf with any cleaning agents that do not contain acids, solvents or other corrosive chemicals. After washing, the shelves should be thoroughly dried by wiping with a dry cloth.
3. HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCT WARRANTY AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods, confirmed by the delivery protocol by the Buyer. When purchasing, keep the warranty card and proof of purchase, which are the basis for recognizing the warranty. Remember that the warranty does not cover:
- damage resulting from improper transportation, use, storage, cleaning and maintenance,
- damage resulting from repairs or alterations to shelves carried out at the Buyer’s request,
- damage caused by long-term contact with water or steam,
- damage resulting from natural wear and tear,
- consumable elements in furniture lighting, i.e. fluorescent lamps, halogen lamps, etc., and parts subject to wear, i.e. movable seals, sliding elements, etc.
4. HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A PRODUCT?
The basis for filing a complaint for defective products is the warranty card with the date and place of purchase and proof of purchase of the product – invoice. You should file a complaint in writing with attached photo documentation.
You will be notified by the Seller of the acceptance or rejection of the complaint: in the event of an inspection immediately after its completion or within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint or within 30 days in the event of the need to order spare parts, about which the Buyer will be informed.
5. WHEN DOES THE WARRANTY CARD EXPIRE?
- The card loses its validity if you do not report visible (during normal use) defects in the product within two months of the date of delivery of the goods. However, if the furniture is used for a longer period of time, you do not report the discrepancy to the Seller within two months of noticing it.
- Please remember that you cannot request a reduction in the product price or withdrawal from the contract in the event of insignificant defects in the product.
- The Seller shall not be liable for any non-conformity of the product with the contract if the Buyer was aware of such non-conformity or, judging reasonably, should have been aware of it.
- The Warranty Card also loses its validity if the specified date of the Seller’s Representative’s visit was not met due to the Buyer’s fault, then the Buyer loses the rights provided for in this Warranty Card. In this situation, the Seller shall settle the complaint within a new date set by him.
- If the Buyer prevents the Seller’s Representative from repairing removable defects, replacing a defective part or replacing the entire Product, this is treated as a waiver of the right to warranty repairs.
- If the Buyer causes the shelves to become dirty, destroyed or vandalized, exceeding the level of normal wear and tear.
